In June 2018, Regulatory Reform Commission was established by Board of County Commissioners (Resolution no. 18-20).
Commission charge was to undertake a comprehensive review of policies and practices relating to permits, planning, and land development. Further, Commission was to identify areas posing greatest barriers and burdens to business growth, attraction, and retention, and offer solutions to identified problems in order to remove barriers or alleviate burdens to businesses in County.
