Insurance agent, estate and financial planner, Fearins Agency (Nationwide Insurance), 1967-2008. Volunteer fireman, Preston Volunteer Fire Company, 1967-. Member, Caroline County Volunteer Firemen's Association, 1994-. Member, Idlewild Ruritan Club, 1982-. Married; three children, two grandchildren.
